why isn't foreboding a mood?

crankylexI have the overwhelming feeling that the other shoe is about to drop.
I don't know how, or in reference to which part of my life it will effect, but something bad is going to happen soon.
I hate this feeling, mainly because it's always right.

ETA: As one of my coworkers put it, my spidey sense is tingling.
