3. People who are too fucking lazy to get off their fat asses and get out of the car, so instead they HONK REPEATEDLY.
4. People who let their car alarms go off without care for the people who live near them.
5. People who live sixty people to one fucking apartment and take up all the parking on the goddamn street. These are the same people mentioned in #3 and #4 above.
