And further, I may have just watched the first six episodes of season one.

Robyn Bender's The Talyn Suite. Scroll down to "adult fic" to find it. She has her own webpage, but that's only updated through part 4.
Feldman's Scientist, Astronaut and Nymphomaniac: The Nine Lives of John Crichton, which will make more sense after you get to season 2's Out of Their Minds.
Also, you could always just go to Leviathan and futz around.
...It's probably a little scary that I do those from memory. Damn show.
