crankylexIt is 9 PM.
It is 91 degrees outside.
I went outside to water the garden, and I came in dripping wet. Not from the hose, of course. From the UNGODLY heat.
I need to move somewhere where it never gets higher than, say, 80.
ETA: Also, on one side of the house (where there are two window units) birds have decided to nest UNDER the a/c. Thus decreasing my airflow. I'm almost at the point where I can justify birdie homicide in order to keep the ferret room and my bedroom arctic.

Date: 2005-07-27 09:45 pm (UTC)Went to Memphis, TN for a concert last night and took Caitlyn to the zoo this morning - it's no better in Memphis then it is in Arkansas! Caity bug loved the zoo though despite the heat.
