My godmother calls because she is unable to use simple technology to fax something. HELLO! Dial the number, put the paper in, and hit send!!!

My mother calls to invite me to dinner, but quite frankly, the idea of sitting in a restaurant with both of my parents makes me want to cry. I gracefully decline, and she hangs up in a huff.

I don't know if this has hit the news outside of NJ, but a teenage girl was killed and dismembered by her teenage neighbor. The girl in question was the friend of Donny's daughter, so he's all wacked out, the kids are wacked out, the news keeps announcing one more gruesome tidbit every few hours, and I've about had it.

Unfortunately, my inability to sleep does not translate into an inability to eat. Oh, hello 200 lbs, how I've missed you.

Sigh.

Sorry about, well, everything!

I personally think it's incredibly wrong for the media to release every.single.thing. they know about a crime! Especially one of that nature! Has no one any respect for the family/friends of the victim?? Its pathetic that ratings are more important to these people!

{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}} I'm so sorry you are going through all this crap. What happened to that teenage girl is devastating. I cannot imagine what her parents must be going through. And, I can't help but feel that this sort of thing would happen less often if the media didn't wallow in it so much, ensuring that perpetrators would get a ton of notoriety and tv movie out of the mess. Being reported as a statistic is so much less glamorous than being demonized/immortalized with a photo op...
