Rudolph has said the Birmingham bombing and three other attacks, including the blast at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, were part of a guerrilla campaign against abortion, "the homosexual agenda" and the U.S. government.

(A) Dude. I am was a homosexual in good standing and I never got a copy of the 'homosexual agenda'. What's up with that?

Does it involve pretty men fucking each other? No, wait, that's fandom. Never mind.

(B) So abortion is murder, but killing people in the name of abortion isn't murder. How does that work, exactly? How are potential people more important than the people who are already walking around?

No matter how long I live, I will never understand this school of thought.

(C) Everybody hates the US Government. Get in line, buddy.

Unfortunately, for every good person, there seems to be two morons.

Sigh.

Every single time I hear the words "homosexual agenda" I always get this image in my head of eleven gays and lesbians sitting at a round table plotting to take over the world.

Because, really, what is the homosexual agenda? Is it different than the black agenda, because I hear we have one, too? Do the Latino's have an agenda? Maybe the Jews. Canadians who became US citizens and then immediately regretted it, what's their agenda?

I mean, with all these different people with their different agendas around, it's a wonder anything ever gets done.

I KNOW! Like the Knights of the round table, except with better fashion and comfortable shoes.

That must be why nothing ever gets done. Each group has their own agenda. Some groups' agendas consist only of thwarting other groups.

Yup, sounds like the government to me.

I particularly agree with your point B. I am astounded at the number of people who think abortion is murder and who then applaud the killing of doctors who perform abortions. Or who will fight to the death to force an unwilling woman to have a baby but who will not lift one tiny finger to help that baby after he/she's born. I'm boggled.

For my money (as a card-carrying heterosexual), I figure the "homosexual agenda" (American version anyway) means that homosexuals want to be treated as full citizens of the USA. Gee, what a concept! I just can't figure out why that seems to be such An Emormous Threat To The American Way of Life.

That whole pesky equality for all thing confuses some people.

It should be amended to read, "Equality for all that think, speak, look, love, and worship like us."

GAH.
